Editor, Filmmaker, Writer, Cinematographer

My name is Zachary Scott Charles McClure.

I am a graduate of the the University of North Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television/Film

I have written, produced and directed several short films, television shows, online series, podcasts and videos.

And I am an Entertainer.

For a long time, I've had a desire to create and entertain people. I've acted, I've written, I've reviewed, I've critiqued. I've performed in plays, movies, cartoons, and television shows. I've produced, directed, sound designed and edited dozens of projects.

I have done all this, because my one true goal in life is to entertain people.

It started towards the end of Middle School, when I was a part of Theatre. Though I enjoyed performing on stage, I always had an affinity for video. I would study, on my own, different film making techniques. I made amateur videos that, while embarrassing, were still helpful tools in learning how to become a proper video and film maker.

When I entered College, while I had already experimented with different forms of film making, I was truly able to spread my abilities, using newer technology that I had never touched before. Along with this, I was able to communicate with people who had the same desires and ambitions as myself,  and learn from their examples to help make myself better. I have also had the great fortune of meeting very influential people, and I have learned a lot from their lessons and examples.

Through all of this, though, one thing has never changed. I have always had a desire to entertain. It is why I stepped up on stage, even though I never thought I was a good actor. It is why I stepped behind the camera, even though I had my doubts on if I could produce something of worth. It's why I put pen to paper, even if I wasn't sure how what I wrote was going to end. I have always entered a project with a simple mindset: As long as one person can leave with a sense of enjoyment from something I worked on, than I will consider that a success.

Zachary is an incredibly hard worker; ready and willing to do whatever needs to be done on set. It was a blast working with him on Grafitti, a project we worked on together in the fall of 2013. He has an even-keeled temper; doesn’t get worked up about issues—instead, he starts suggesting ways to fix the situation.
Furthermore, his work is incredibly original—in a field where originality is hard to come by.
